Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice in the same condition you received it and a note stating your reason for return and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Please choose carefully. Refunds are not normally given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, wrongly described or differ greatly from the photo shown. Please send an email if there are any issues.

cancelled/changed order policy

Our online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalised. If you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order which will result in additional shipping charges. If you cancel your order before it's packed, a full refund will be given. Cancelled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Failure to enter your address correctly or choose the correct shipping option at checkout may also cause you to incur additional fees and delay your order.

If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had. If your package is lost, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate.
